One thing I know for certain the economy was a lot worse under Clinton then GWB. |

Sponsor | usmjam | Apr 8, 10:18am | What reasons were given for the choices? Lets have specifics
Carter was awful, his malaise contagious and his penchant for detail stalled his actions.
Nixon opened the floodgates towards the takeover of our industrial base by China. He dealt the deathblow to the U.S. dollar by taking us off the gold standard. The effects were drawn out but the end of this economic tunnel is pitch black. He tried to put wage & price controls that only made the economic mess that much worse during his time. Carter was bad due to inaction. Nixon was a man of action, most of it to a bad end.
However, no one except maybe Lincoln and F.D. Roosevelt have attacked the U.S. Constitution like Bush Senior and especially Bush Junior. Shrub and his cabal consider our Constitution an impediment and have stated so. They have introduced the idea that this nation will not just permit torture and murder, the Bush cabal glorifies it.
No prior president from Reagan on back would have wanted to be identified with the military atrocities of Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo. Perhaps it was hidden prior to Bush. Yet no president would ever have gloried in that which Bush revels in. Bush, the worst? He should be court martialed as an enemy to the Constitution. |

Sponsor | DeepSix | Apr 8, 10:59am | | Yeah its not like the statement: "Three Presidents--George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, and Franklin D. Roosevelt -- are consistently ranked at the top of the lists." has any truth in it at all. Pay no mind to any of the fallacious results... |
